OUR STORY

WELCOME TO SMA BROTHERS

We create websites and develop digital advertising campaigns every day. Our focus is to keep new customers engaged in your website and increase profits. Richard and Byron met at the Digital Agency Expo in Atlanta. After a great deal of coffee and conversation, they both agreed there was gap in the digital advertising market, and no one to truly meet the digital needs of small businesses. They were inspired to change all that, so they got to work and SMA Brothers was born in 2020.

Our headquarters is in Duluth, GA. The SMA Brothers team maintains a razor-sharp focus to help our clients reach their goals. Our agency is proud to specialize in web design, digital marketing, and social media marketing services for small business owners.

Byron Abbots

has a background in marketing and SEO. His mentor Imar Gadzhii suggested it was time to leave corporate marketing. Starting his own agency aimed at helping small merchants was something Byron has always wanted to do. Byron met Richard in 2020, and it seemed like the perfect opportunity. Together, they created SMA Brothers that year.

Richard T. Baker

has years of experience in web design and sales. Before venturing off on his own, he worked with several corporate businesses in New York. He boasts several high-caliber past web development clients including Red Lobster, Sears, and IBM. After moving to Atlanta, Richard created websites for the dental industry. Taking on other small business categories with his agency was the logical next step.

Maggie

WEB DESIGN

When she can pull herself away from SMA Brothers HQ, Terri can either be found in a gym class, clothes shopping, or walking Mr. Pip (her dog). She loves spoiling her nephews or sipping a cocktail somewhere sunny.

Faraz

LEAD WEB DEVELOPER

Faraz is a collector of many sorts. He loves searching for older baseball cards. selling on ebay is a passion. The office is hoping he gets a big sale soon.

Joedysa

MARKETING

​Joedysa enjoys walking 5 miles every day and doing lots of yoga. Joedysa has a teenage daughter in the house now, so it's no wonder she does so much yoga! We have never gone to work out with her, but she keeps on asking!

Regina

CONTENT MGR

As an avid gardener, camper, knitter, Etsy business owner, cook, and reader, Regina juggles her hobbies with editing and parenting. She is still obsessed with lists and meeting deadlines. Go Regina!

Deborah

MEDIA

Ms. Deborah is the best at balancing life. She is a planner, for sure. In May, she is already shopping for the holidays. Time out with friends is very important to her. If you're looking for her, she's most likely adjusting her calendar.

Kherrie

SEO

Kherrie is the one in the office that lives for a long lunch. Her two daughters keep her busy. We keep her equally as busy in the office as well.

Sreema

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Sreema loves to dance and laugh. She is the happiest person in the office. If you need to hear a great joke, go see her.

Cheryl

PROJECT MGR

Cheryl is new to the company. She has put three boys through college and definitely does her fair share of mothering at the office as well. Cheryl is so nice when she laughs at our jokes.

Hail to the coolest Labrador in Atlanta. One thing that’s great is we love getting out of the office to take him on walks. Hey, whose turn is it to walk Jethro?​
